sooo yea i got back from chicago on sunday night, and i would've updated yesterday but i had so much homework and stuff to make up and an NHS meeting so that was a no go xD but yea our modern literature and the arts (mod lit) class took a trip to chicago last weekend, left on the amtrack thursday night and checked into the hotel, then like 20 of us went out for a midnight pizza run (CHICAGO DEEP DISH PIZZA YEEESSSS <3) then we came back at 2 in the morning and slept about 6 hours, and left for the Loop in the morning. our little group had dunkin donuts and we made up a whole art analysis of it. it was pretty impressive. my teacher definitely thought he had amazing students.

then friday night me and my friend went to this chinese thai place that had amazing pad thai, and then we went to too much light makes the baby go blind (which pretty much made me pee myself) there was an asian prostitute on the subway, and this other super white hooker wearing like no pants and her legs were super fucking white and she kind of blinded me. i swear her legs were reflective. and a different shade from her face. and once we got OFF the subway, we saw this really drunk hooker get mauled by a dude. it was kind of scary actually, we weren't really sure what to do. but this lady from the CVS came out to help her so we moved on ahahaha.

saturday, we went to the museum of contemporary art and the north river galleries but those aren't important because I SAW COURRTTTNAAAYYY! or we went to ed debevic's and got straws and shit thrown at us. and they danced on the countertops. and we both kind of need to work there xDD and sunday we went to the art institute, got gelato, and came back on a bus. YAY. but yeeeaaa it was super fun and i definitely want to go back sometime for like shopping or some shit. ahahaha

ANYWAY. MOVING ON BECAUSE YOU GUYS DON'T CARE.
i've decided that since i have no clothes and since i'm receiving a fancy pants sewing machine for christmas, i'm going to make myself a hoodie but for funsies, i’ve decided i'm gonna start a contest to design a hoodie for me because i'm uncreative and lazy. yay! plus winner gets a 3-month subby because i'm cool like that and they're cheap. and a feature because i'm also cool like that
general guidelines:
1. i don't have tons of scrap fabric lying around, so try not to make it too colorful. i'm poor.
2. the skankier the bet—uuhhh. I mean. i guess it could be, but i would like a warm hoodie michigan has crappy weather and my high school is a fucking campus.
Other than that i really don't care. just make sure it isn't super sketchy so i'm like "WTF IS THIS?" and it doesn't need to be colored. you can color it if you feel like being super awesome but it doesn't matter either way.

i figure you guys can come up with something in a month? so the deadline will tentatively be set for dec. 20
